5 SHARED FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Sender and Receiver should both strive to find areas in their field of experience which they share. Shared fields of experience allow both the sender and receiver to understand the messages’ intent and direction. This can help to eliminate conflict.

6 The receiver responds with feedback
