Who we are RESP WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2013 WITH A MISSION TO TAKE COLLABORATIVE ACTION AND CREATE NET POSITIVE IMPACTS BY FOSTERING CHANGE TOWARDS THE SUSTAINABLE USE OF NATURAL CAPITAL. RESP CURRENTLY HAS 41 MEMBERS FROM INDUSTRY AND THE RESEARCH COMMUNITY

www.restorequarries.eu Working together to give nature a home providing a framework to enhance biodiversity and green infrastructure for communities, biodiversity and wildlife across North West Europe (NWE) through the restoration of minerals sites 4 WPs: demonstrating what it is possible to achieve through pilots and case studies; reviewing existing policies in NW Europe and showcases best practice; developing an interactive tool to help with decision making in respect of the future of minerals sites; evaluating the benefits to society from nature focussed restoration through the ground measuring of ecosystem services and valuation of restoration options.
