1. That Zenon Chmilewsky, dob 5/17/93, is the biological child of Dr. Ingrid Runden, licensed psychiatrist of Hampden and Andrew Chmilewsky of New Jersey. 2. On February 5, 2002, Dr. Runden spoke with behavioral specialist, Amber Walker at the Charlotte White Center. During that discussion, Dr. Runden revealed her state of depression and suicidal feelings. Dr. Runden revealed that two weekends ago, she had strong thoughts of harming herself and her son, Zenon. Dr. Runden revealed that on February 1, 2002, she had a plan to commit suicide, but did not because of the snowstorm. Dr. Runden revealed to Amber Walker that her behavior becomes out of control and she throws things. Dr. Runden stated that Zenon has told his mother that she "scares him". 3. On February 6, 2002, Dr. Ingrid Runden called Child Protective Services. Dr. Runden stated that the last two weekends, she has become extremely angry with her son. Dr. Runden stated that she has repeated thoughts of hurting her son such as "just grabbing him and beating him up" or "doing something awful". Dr. Runden stated she has thoughts of, "taking his head and beating it into a wall."

4 She admitted she has been verbally abusive of Zenon. Dr
She admitted she has been verbally abusive of Zenon. Dr. Runden indicated that she has "not yet" hurt him but is afraid she may. 4. On February 6, 2002, this worker met with Dr. Runden. Dr. Runden confirmed that she has had increasing feelings of hopelessness. She stated that although her depression is not as acute now as it has been, her feelings of "irritability" toward her son have increased. Dr. Runden expressed frustration with mental health professionals to whom she has been indicating that she has been suicidal and that perhaps Zenon has not been safe. She stated that the professionals have believed she would "get through it". 5. Dr. Runden indicated to this worker that several times over the past few months she has indicated to Zenon that perhaps he would be better off if he lived somewhere else for right now. 6. Dr. Runden indicated that her current regimen of medication is not effective in resolving her irritability. She told me her irritability has "never been this bad". 7. Dr Runden indicated to this worker that she "thinks" she will be okay, but that she "can't promise".

5 Dr. Runden acknowledged that Zenon needs to be in another home at this time.
8. Dr. Runden reported that her divorce order allows only for supervised contact between Zenon and his father, Andrew Chmilewsky. This order is the result of the court's hearing evidence of Mr. Chmilewsky planning to abduct Zenon. 9. Dr. Runden reported that during her marriage, Andrew Chmilewsky often forced sex on her while Zenon was asleep in their bed. 10. Zenon Chmilewsky is in immediate risk of serious harm as his mother has thoughts of harming herself and Zenon. Zenon's mother, Dr. Runden, has indicated that Zenon has told her he is afraid of her and that sometimes Zenon is “not safe with her".  February 6, 2002 (handwritten) Date Gail D'Agostino (sig.)
