Male Testicle: Produces sperm and testosterone (puberty) Penis: Allows for exit of urine and semen Scrotum: Holds testis, controls temperature Urethra: Tube for urine and semen excretion (exit) Vas Deferens: Tube for sperm storage and transport from epididymis to urethra Prostate & Bulbourethral Gland: Secretes fluid in semen Seminal Vesicle:Secretes sugar substance for food for sperm Epididymis: Tube where sperm grow and mature and learn to swim

Female Ovaries: Produce eggs Fallopian Tubes: Transport eggs from ovaries to uterus, fertilization takes place here Uterus: Muscular organ that supports developing child Cervix: Opening to the uterus from vagina Vagina: Muscular tube that lead to the uterus (birth canal) Labia: External skin that protects the uretha and vagina Clitoris: Erectile organ, homologus (same function as) to the penis

Menstrual Cycle LH- Luteinizing Hormone FSH- Follicle Stimulating Hormone Estrogen- Hormone responsible for female secondary sex characteristics (puberty) and thickening of uterus lining Progesterone- Pregnancy Hormone, continues the thickening of uterus lining Corpus Luteum- portion of ovary where egg is released and begins to release hormones after ovulation.
