Understanding Positive Mental Health Promotes the enhancement of positive qualities:  development of positive personal traits, positive personal experiences/ relationships,  enabling initiatives  programs that assist in enhancing the quality of life of children and youth,  reducing the risk of developing mental-health related concerns
