11 So What Can You Do? Write a letter to a girl or boy your age telling him/her how to avoid developing body image issues. Use any information we have talked about today. The goal is to help her understand the things he/she can do, say, avoid, or learn that will help him/her develop or maintain a positive body image. Look beyond the physical at who people are
