3 12 1 2 3 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 4 Es la una. ¿Qué hora es? The third-person singular of ser is used with 12:31-1:30 since we use the 1 o’clock hour (hora). The singular definite article is used for the same reason. All hours of the day are feminine in Spanish.
