8 Chemical Industries Strategy: Key Goal 1 Control of production Use of systems/procedures that keep the installation operating within its design envelope, during normal running, and start-up and shutdown.

(This includes planned maintenance, inspection, testing, breakdown repair, like-for-like replacement, and risk reviews.) Management of Change Making sure change is well planned & implemented, and does not compromise safety
