BOARD ACTIONS 2) Approval to increase the authorized manning table by two (2) Senior Environmental Specialist positions ($115,248) in Community Environmental & Services Department for the County’s Climate Control Program under the Air Pollutions Control Fund. 3) Approval to increase the Comptroller’s Office authorized manning table by a total of four (4) positions: one (1) Auditor, two (2) Accounts Payable Specialist, and one (1) Special Projects Manager ($274,515) due to increases in existing workload. During the FY 2007-08 budget process, the Comptroller’s Office reduced their positions by nine (9) due to property tax cuts.
