3 Introduction to Electronic Commerce E-Commerce is doing business through electronic media. It means using simple, fast and low- cost electronic communications to transact, without face-to-face meeting between the two parties of the transaction.

4 With the wide use of computer, the maturity and the wide adoption of internet, the permeation of credit cards, the establishment of secure transaction agreement and the support and promotion by government, the development of E-Commerce is becoming prosperous, with people starting to use electronic means as the media of doing business.
