OUR PLAN Our plan is to get the entire area of the kitchen (B*H), get the area of all of the cabinets together, and then to subtract the cabinets area by the entire kitchens area (k-c).
3
Cabinets 5ft. 8ft. 2ft. 3ft. 4ft. 10ft. 13ft 18ft The measurement of all of the sides of the cabinets
4
The work we had to do to come up with the area of the kitchen and the cabinets. (18=width of kitchen) 18*13= 234 (234=area of whole kitchen) (13=height of kitchen) 234-42=195 (195=without cabinets) (42=area of cabinets) trapezoid cabinet= (B+b)H/2=5+4*2/2=9
5
The number of hours it will take to complete the job in all would be 13 hours. 195*4=780 (195=without cabinets) (780/60= 13 hours) (4= the minutes to install each sq. foot tile)
6
We are charging $14.50 per hour for the job to be done.
7
Other costs and expression to represent the cost of your expenses if the customer chooses a tile that costs (t) dollars per square foot. $t *195 square feet
8
Cabinets 13ft 18ft 5ft 3ft 2ft 4ft 8ft 10ft 2ft Since it will be $8 per tiled square you will have to multiply that by the kitchens area minus the cabinets. $8*195=$1,560.00 18*13=234 234-42=195 234 square feet in all 42 square feet in cabinets 195 square feet without cabinets
