4 Pomegranate Tree Attractive with red and white flowers can grow up to 4 or 5 meters

5  Once a pomegranate tree is planted, its fruit begins to develop after approximately one year.  They can live for many years and produce many fruits.

6  A pomegranate’s yellowish shell turns into a rich red color as it matures.  Inside the inedible husk are individual cells containing seed kernels.

7 Each seed is surrounded by a juice-filled sac, which is pressed out during processing. It is the juice of the pomegranate which interests most cooks and health food enthusiasts.
