Titan 360 Titan 360 is a full spectrum pad site safety and contingency program that provides the end user with a timely “event controlling” executive decision making option for critical incident & risk management. The program has three offerings: Ensure Site (Basic) – Consulting, Training, & Direct Action on a per project basis, Risk Assessments, emergency management plan review, Contingency planning, Intermediate – Consulting, Training, SafeSite manual creation, and site security plan engineering with contingency’s Advanced -- Consulting, Training, SafeSite manual creation, and site security plan engineering with contingency’s Each level provides the client with additional coverage's further enhancing their overall coverage, preparedness and thus minimizing risks.

Concept of Operations Company enlists Templar Titan (TT) in the Pioneer Phase of the project to provide security analysis & coverage with suggestions for proactive preparedness for incident management. TT starts a confidential site specific comprehensive data collection of the area, emergency management assets available with associated response times, and any/all pertinent incident management data. Aerial & topographical maps are collected and overlays created with critical incident management details for ease of usage. The information is detailed into the Titan 360 SafeSite manual. Site preparation phase: TT consults with client and site preparation company as required, or requested. Critical Incident Management elements are collected, to include: Law enforcement – locations within a 30 mile radius, assets, capabilities & response times Medical – locations within a 100 mile radius, assets, capabilities & response times. Identification of Basic & advanced Life Support capabilities, Trauma and Burns centers. Fire Response – locations within a 30 mile radius, assets, capabilities & response times. Map overlays are crafted detailing local assets, point of contacts (POC’s) with response times, routes, and incident management pertinent information. All data is input into the SafeSite Manual with maps, overlays and contingency plans for emergency/disaster scenarios. The SafeSite Manual is a confidential, organic document proprietary to the client and that is throughout the site preparation into the operational phase. 7. CASE STUDIES Case 1 – Wellpad explosion that leaves two dead, wounds several others and has a live fire. The site is covered by Titan 360. Onsite personnel, or the video monitoring system sounds the ALARM to the client’s HSE personnel, clients upper management & to Templar Titan (TT). TT immediately assembles immediate responders to augment and support site personnel. TT responds and opens up communication via a pre-determined secure communications modem, reports to the client the response, situational reports in real time, area assessments detailing Personnel, Assets, Environment & Reputation relative information. TT temporarily manages the hourly guard company assigned to the site in access control measures, immediate responders from local or regional “follow on” assets, site accountability, situation reports and associated. TT works diligently throughout the term of the event with client’s management & the site HSE supervisor to instill order & accountability. TT supports personnel on site including immediate responders to access remote locations/areas, assemble supporting elements as needed for afflicted, & to gain control of a chaotic situation. TT documents the entirety of the event for the After Action Report (AAR) to client inclusive of video from surveillance points and additional. Case 2 – Hydraulic fracking fluid storage tank explosion occurs while a truck driver is connecting hoses from the storage tank to his truck. The explosion immediately launches the wastewater truck 20 feet, kills one man (the driver), destroys 2 adjacent storage tanks releasing approximately 20,000 gallons of brine into the environment. Case 3 -- Catastrophic water impoundment failure
