To reach the Captain or Chief Engineer Rank: 4 to 5 years of pure Seatime onboard Ships. Degree in either Nautical Science or Marine Engineering. 3 Certificates of Competencies from the Government where the College located. More than 15 Specialized short to medium courses.

In the Maritime Shipping Industry Tough/strict working environment, lots of Rules and Regulations. High Cost. Unusual scholarship monitoring system, Not the standard college education, Sea time requirements and governmental examinations.
