The best software solution or custom software development project can fail if any facet of implementation (installation, customization, user training, deployment, etc) is not done properly.

For example if a Benefits System is being installed; Benefits Specialists, IT Staff, Vendor Rep/Consultant, Benefit System Users, etc would likely be involved.

Hardware and Software installation, customization of Data Elements, Development of Reports, Data Migration, User Training and Adapting of Business Procedures are all Key Issues to be dealt with by the Project Team.
