7 What We Found… 2.Population is unlike most communities Number of families grew over 25% since 2006 (nat’l avg was 5.5%) Population aged 20-45 is ~38% (nat’l avg. is ~33%) Avg. household income of $118,000 (5 th highest in Alberta) = high current and projected birth rate
