5. 1. Sally is 16 years old and does not want to go to the doctor for fear her parents will find out.

6. 2. Janet is 34 years old and often forgetful. She wants children later, but not now.

7. 3. Twee and Jim are both 42 years old and definitely do not want any more children (they have two). Jim does not want to “lose his manhood” with a vasectomy.

8. 4. Mary is Catholic and does not want to get pregnant, but she also wants to follow the Church.

9. 5. Elizabeth is 41, has had breast cancer, and wonders what is the best method for her.

10. 6. Mughea is a 25 year old uneducated woman in an impoverished, undeveloped country with birth control being paid for by grants from the United Nations.

16. 12. Bill and Janet are 45 and 43 years old respectively, have been married for 23 years and have two children. They do not want any more hassle with birth control, but they definitely do not want another child.
