After several years of sales and awards I was asked to manage The Real Estate Channel for real estate marketing at Charter Communications while with Gundaker REALTORS. In 1998 I opened the first Keller Williams in the St. Louis MO market as Team Leader. In 1999 I purchased the first of 3 St Louis metro RE/MAX Franchises which I managed until 2006. In March of 2006 I founded Expert, REALTORS based on my years of industry experience and over 3,500 transactions.
