Data must be the result of the individual applicant, not a national organization. If the applicant is a new tutor, state the professional development in the model selected. All tutors previously entered will be deleted before the application is scored. If you have tutors that have had continuous employment with your company since they have submitted original clearances to PDE, you can submit a letter stating this, listing their names and signed by the CEO or Superintendent in lieu of new clearances. Proof of this employment must be available upon request. 28
