2 How do consumers enter to win tickets to THE BIG GAME? Consumers are not required to make a purchase in order to enter the drawing for the tickets to THE BIG GAME to be held in Santa Clara, CA on February 7, 2016. On-line entry only. In order to acquire the code necessary to enter the consumer will need to visit a participating store. Only FMG/Serta retailers will have the code. Your customers could be among the crowd at the biggest game of the year. The Prize Package Includes: 2 game tickets Roundtrip airfare 4 night hotel stay Transfers and more

3 Is there a national Serta advertising campaign supporting this event? No. This event is exclusively for a specially selected group of FMG member retailers.

5 Penalties for unauthorized use of the term Super Bowl or of NFL logos or other potential infringements upon NFL property may be severe. Use only approved materials. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 continental United States who are twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Travel is from the closest major airport in relation to winner's place of residence to game location. Winner selection will take place by January 2, 2015 by Capitol Marketing Concepts of St. Petersburg, FL. Winner will be selected by a random drawing from all qualified entries received by the Deadline. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash; substitutions may not be requested. 6 What do stores have to do to support this event? 1.Stores need to have the Entry Code available to any consumer that comes into the store. The Code should be posted on or near a top- of-the-line Serta mattress. 2.That is it. There is nothing to track. Just make sure the code is available to consumers during the period between Thanksgiving and Christmas. 7 How can stores best use this valuable contest? 1.Stores should find a way to incorporate this sweepstakes into their existing advertising. All ads must indicate that Serta is the sponsor and there is one winner to be awarded among participating FMG dealers. DO NOT indicate “Super Bowl” or “NFL” in you ads. 2.Take advantage of the FREE television spot that is being produced. Run on broadcast or cable TV, use on internet or feature on your store’s web page. The ad will be customized for your store at no charge. 8 Marketing Support Each participating store will receive a 24” x 62” vinyl banner to place in the bedding department. Each participating store will receive a printed flyer for distribution within the store. A customized 15 second TV spot is available. All participating stores will have the option of using a “drop-in” ad that may be included as part of the store’s regular print or television advertising. FMG will work with Furnituredealer.net to post on ad on store websites. Stores using other website providers should contact FMG for support.
