2. Ready to Shop Start at Requisition Entry Add a new requisition – Enter required fields on main screen – Proceed to line detail page – Click the shop online tab on the left

3. Click the Shop Online tab

4. Use the drop down arrow at catalogs to see all approved companies to shop with.

5. Select a vendor from the list of catalogs We have selected Carolina Biological Supply and hit the search tab

6. Select the item you want and indicate the quantity. The more information next to the product description will provide additional information and often a picture of the item.

7. Here is a sample of what you will see when you click on more info

8. You can also search for an item by typing in a keyword and select search. I have chosen enzyme, it pulls up all the items that have that word in the description.

9. After you have selected all your items select view cart

10. 1. It will automatically assign a requisition number 2. You provide the Requisition Name (ex. Monica Comeaux - Purchasing 022315) 3. Click the update tab at the bottom to save your requisition name 4. If you are finished click checkout 1 2 3 4

13. This message should pop up click yes

14. Look for the line detail page of your requisition at the bottom of your screen and bring it back up. Click Continue

15. Click the Update icon and the description of your first item will automatically appear

17. Completing your Requisition Add the commodity code Add the budget code Continue on to the next line item by using your arrows at the bottom of the page and continue with the steps above. Once all line items have been updated go to the main page and release.
