3 Business Operating Arrangements GPSA Pty Ltd, a for profit entity, under which GPSA previously traded officially shut down. All funding and business operations were transferred to GPTA Ltd (T/as GPSA). GPSA Pty Ltd and GPTA Ltd financial audits were completed - provided to members separately and consolidated along with the auditors statement. GPTA Ltd is a not for profit public company, registered as a health charity with the ACNC. GPTA Ltd continues to trade as GPSA. GPSA – Supporting a sustainable future for GP Supervisors

4 Our Purpose GPSA is the national representative body that unites GP Supervisors by promoting recognition for registrar supervision work through open and accountable advocacy.

12 National Terms and Conditions (NTCER) The new NTCER agreement represents a substantial change in the employment conditions for Registrars, creating fairness and sustainability for all involved. 14 Supervisor Liaison Officer Network (SLON ) Two meetings of national SLON have been sponsored by GPSA (May and August 2015). 15 Supervisor Surveys Supervisor views collected and used to inform strategy, policy and advocacy. Two member surveys were conducted during the period: Red Tape Reduction Supervisor satisfaction with RTP Support GPSA – Supporting a sustainable future for GP Supervisors

16 Recognition Awards GPSA implemented two programs to recognise the contribution of experienced Supervisors to training registrars. GPSA – Supporting a sustainable future for GP Supervisors Outstanding Support Award The Outstanding Support Award recognises outstanding high quality supervision and support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander registrars. The awards were announced at the AIDA Conference on 18 September 2015.

17 Recognition Awards cont. GP Supervisor's Acknowledgement Award The objective of the program is to provide recognition to GP Supervisors who have been supervising registrars for many years, in some cases more than 30. 90 GP Supervisors received the award nationally. 18 GPSA Social Media Policy Template for Training Practices Continuing the development of resources for Training Practices, GPSA has developed a Social Media Policy template which can be easily adapted and enable practices to reduce their legal risk profile.
