16 OBLIGATIONS OF PARTNERS FROM GAPS TO CAPS Inform CO immediately on any change that might affect the implementation of the action Inform CO immediately on any change in its legal, financial, technical, organisation or ownership situation Submit to CO data for reports, financial statements and other documents according to the Grant Agreement Submit to CO necessary documents in case of audits, checks or evaluation Preserve all original Project-related documents document through the duration of the Project and 5 years after the end of it
