3. A. Troposphere Tropo = changing conditions We live in this layer
Where weather occurs
Thinnest Layer (10km), contains most of the mass of the atmosphere
Clouds form in this layer.

4. B. Stratosphere Strato = layered, spread out Has the Ozone Layer (O3)
Absorbs UV radiation, heating up this layer and making it warmer higher up.

N2 & O2 molecules absorb heat, raising their temperature to 1,800°C
You would still feel cold here. Why?
Molecules have a lot of energy, but are so far apart that you would only rarely bump into them
