How Much do Residents of Illinois Pay to Complete the General Education Requirements?  To fulfill the Inner Core requirements, a resident student will spend approximately $2,969.62 on 6 classes  To fulfill the Middle Core requirements, a resident student can spend as much as $2,623.12 on 5 classes  To fulfill the Outer Core requirements, a resident student will spend between $1,988.84 and $2,623.12 on 4 classes
