2. TRAINING TOOLBOX Don’t Forget! 1 st Time You Run A Report You must establish your Run Control ID before you can run a report in Financials or HRMS systems

3. TRAINING TOOLBOX What Is A Run Control ID? The Run Control ID is a unique identifier used by the system to track and monitor your reports You MUST actually run the report to establish your Run Control ID. (Even if you do not need the report at this time. It is the actual running of the report that establishes your Run Control ID.) Please use your GT Account as your Run Control ID example: db30

5. TRAINING TOOLBOX Establishing Your Run Control ID Use your GT Account as your Run Control ID Make sure you are on the “Add a New Value” tab! Click “Add”

6. TRAINING TOOLBOX Enter Report Parameters  Report parameter page is displayed  Enter the selection criteria for your report Click Every report has different parameters

7. TRAINING TOOLBOX 1 st Time – Set The Server  Select the web server “PSUNX” Click

TRAINING TOOLBOX 1st Time You Run A Report  Click “Add New Value” and enter your GT Account as your Run Control ID  Select the “PSUNX” server and run the report Note: See Running, Viewing, Printing Reports guide for details on how to run a report. You only need to do these 2 steps the very first time you run a report in Financials or HRMS
