2 Session objectives 1.To arrive at a shared understanding of where improving the management of the MC fits in the Barrier removal component of the campaign in each site 2.To agree on the process or the principles of the process for selecting who should compose the mancom, define roles and how to legitimize these with the end in view of institutionalizing these 3.To agree on the use of the MPA management effectiveness tool in Excel especially its interpretation templates and how these can be used in determining OD baselines and in improving organizational performance of the MPA management body 4.To agree on dates of the workshops in each site, responsibilities for preparation – invites, materials, venue, food, etc., establish communication lines
