2. Definition
Lentigines, or its singular form, Lentigo, is a spot on the skin that is darker than the surrounding skin. It is more common on people of Caucasian descent or have fair skin.

4. Signs Spots on areas exposed to the Sun Spots that have either darker
or lighter pigment.

5. Symptoms Appearance of darkened spots on the skin.
They do not itch or get irritated
Can be mildly elevated

Laser Surgery
Radiation Therapy
Biotherapy

7. Prevention
Sunscreen can prevent lentigo from ever appearing.
