LE 10 will consist of LIVEX; PORTEX; International Post-interdiction TTX (Phase II). Where: Abu Dhabi, UAE When: January 2010 Why: Strengthen coalition partnerships and demonstrate continued determination to prevent WMD proliferation within the region. END STATE: Develop an exercise focused on critical weaknesses in PSI process and encourage signing of non- endorsing nations.
