3 Getting Started Click on the link to NTREIS Transactions.Click on the link to NTREIS Transactions. Log-in with your Username and Password contained in your Welcome email.Log-in with your Username and Password contained in your Welcome email.

9 Summary Page: Documents There are two ways to upload a document: faxing it into the system, or uploading it from your computer.There are two ways to upload a document: faxing it into the system, or uploading it from your computer. 10 Uploading Documents via Fax There are 3 steps to uploading a document via Fax. Step 1: The first step is to create the “Document Information.” Step 1: The first step is to create the “Document Information.” Type in the Title for the document. Be sure to include any comments you would like associated with the document in the comments section. Type in the Title for the document. Note: A cover sheet can only be used once. The numbers at the top of the cover sheet specifically identify the document and the file it belongs to. 14 Uploading Documents Electronically Type in the Title for the document.Type in the Title for the document. Click on the “Browse” button to access files on your computer. Locate the file you wish to upload and double-click to add.Click on the “Browse” button to access files on your computer. 15 Document Information Page… Once you have completed the upload or fax process for a document, you will be taken to the “Document Information” page. From this page you can view the document, see previous versions, upload a new version (revision), view the audit log (shows when the document has been viewed and by whom), add comments, email the document, or change the document security.

16 Summary Page: Services You will receive a “New Service Order” email. Contained in that email will be a link to the order. It will be located towards the bottom of the email. 17 Order Details The Order Details Page includes all the MLS information, Custom Order form, and contact information pertaining to the service order.The Order Details Page includes all the MLS information, Custom Order form, and contact information pertaining to the service order.
