3. 1. Make up the carton gift box

4. 2. Make up the inner insert / holder for glasses

5. 3. Push in the perforated part of insert/holder for glasses – this will make support for the second glass. Do not push the 4 small perforated parts.

6. 4. Insert the bottle to the side with window and place the first glass next to the bottle

7. 5. Place the insert/bottle holder on top of the glass in the gift box and put the second glass into the insert

8. 6. Close the “lid” above the glasses and the bottle.

9. 7. Close the lids on sides and also the main lid of the GP

10. 8. Make up shipper case with partitions as shown below and fill with gift boxes: Tape shipper case closed (clear tape only) Place the shipper cases on the pallet.

11. Pallet patterns Only stack 1 pallet high in the warehouse
