2. Background Only a minority of the world’s countries have their documents reclassified by the Trilateral offices: AP, AT, AU, CA, CH, DE, EP, FR, GB, JP, OA, US, WO

5. The reclassification procedure For a small or medium-size office the administration of the reclassification takes much more time than the actual reclassification of the documents For a small or medium-size office it is difficult to justify development of reclassification software
