5. Eco-Friendly The Grand Shopping Complex We want The Grand Shopping Complex to be green and eco friendly. So on majority of the roof, we would like to have solar panels installed to keep the energy costs down. At New Jerseys, Glimcher’s Jersey Gardens Mall, 11 % of the mall’s electricity is acquired from solar panels. We’ll also acquire a TIF or tax increment financing worth hopefully $40 to give us some breathing room.
