4. A good HSE culture is CAKE Care – carefulness, caring Awareness – the correct and sufficient attention Knowledge – knowing the right and being willing to learn Engagement – energy and quality put into our work We believe it is possible to improve our HSE culture by increasing CAKE!

5. How? By creating our own safety tools –Safety conversations –Making a better and compact safety tool box By having the same safety tools –All units use same system –Align with operators’ tools By discussing important HSE issues –CAKE sessions –Publications; hse-culture.no / HSEQuarterly

6. CAKE sessions Every 6 week we have a new topic –Everybody will participate once Topics are chosen on relevance and importance –Issues that can jeopardise our safety –Situations and operations we need to improve Local discussions and decisions –Colleagues create culture while working –Colleagues plan their future actions together
