3 CY 2014 CLTS Reconciliation is completed in the Community Aids Reporting System (CARS). Information updated in CARS on voucher id: 090521. 4 Recoupments from providers for Expenditures Not Authorized for Waiver Funding (ENAWF) are still in process. CLTS-Other ENAWF claims are recovered through the County Waiver Agency (CWA) Cash Back CARS Profile. CLTS-Autism ENAWF are recovered directly from the provider through the TPA. 5 Currently, no new Capacity Building requests are being approved. No plans to allocate Capacity Building funding during CY 2016. Existing and approved Capacity Building funding allocations may still be utilized under the terms of their approval notification, but only during CY 2015. 6 Several CY 2014 and CY 2015 CLTS contract allocations include short-term CLTS funding. Short-term funding will not be incorporated into the CY 2016 CLTS contract allocations. 7 The CLTS Fiscal Process Improvement Group will host a teleconference August 13, 2015, at 1 p.m. The August meeting will focus on CY14 CLTS reconciliation feedback and Support and Service Coordination (SSC) rate processes. 8 CY 2016 CLTS and Community Options Program (COP) SSC rate forms will be due mid-October 2015. A teleconference providing guidance on the CY 2016 SSC rates will be tentatively held late September 2015. The current goal is to have all SSC rates approved prior to January 1, 2016.
