4. For my sixth grade science fair project I am doing an experiment on buoyancy and density. Buoyancy describes whether objects float or sink. This usually describes how objects float in liquids, such as water, corn syrup and oil. Density deals with the amount of mass an object has. My goal is to find an object that can float in one liquid but sink in another.
