5  Transfers energy form the upper to the lower body.  Positions Torso  Improves movement efficiency  Improves body control and balance  Improves overall fitness  Reduces back problems  Reduces chance of injury  Stabilizes back muscles and abdominals

6  Always Stretch before exercises.  Warm up….run a few laps or do something to increase your heart rate.  Consult your doctor before you start your core workout.

7  This wont cause any injuries…it is safe to do.  This is the good way to go  You are very smart if you do this exercise instead of being not smart and doing the exercise in the next slide!
