7 Are you Data Literate? Data literacy refers to one's level of understanding of how to find, evaluate, and use data to inform instruction. A data literate person possesses the knowledge to gather, analyze, and graphically convey information and data to support decision making.

22 Monitor and Evaluate Determine result indicators Results indicators complete the statement: “When this strategy is implemented, we expect to see the following evidence of its effectiveness.” Results indicators serve as a monitoring tool for the team. Result indicators detail both what adults do and how students perform. Guiding Questions for Defining Evaluation Strategies How will we know if our strategies are successful? What evidence will we have to show the success of our actions?
