Hard Structure – Buildings and Estate 1. The Main Buildings Church Cross Churchyard 2. Other Buildings Two "Glovers" Flats 3. Buildings not owned by St Stephen's Vicarage Curate's House Some maintenance costs met by the Church

Problems and Progress 1. Why are we talking about buildings? Space - we are at capacity and already use temporary buildings Facilities in need of improvement – Administration & Offices – Loos and Kitchen – Circulation space – Meeting Rooms 2. What has been done so far? Overall "master" plan First phase - reordering the Church - completed Debts paid Buildings Fund stands at about £90k Planning Permission & Faculties obtained: will need renewing Buildings Group of the PCC has identified options

Options Store / Office / Loos Rainbow Entrance Link Building Reception / office Open-plan workspace Covered access Kitchenette Main Entrance Pull-in (roadside) New Meeting Rooms Clear ancillary item (kitchenette etc.) from Nave

Options Lift Steps Level Link Building Level with Church floor. Lift for access. "Store" With Loos & Rainbow Entrance/Lobby Meeting Room

So what next? And what can I do? 1. Be a Partner in Growth Prayerfully read the MAP Review your giving of time, talents, resources and finance and ask how you might contribute 2. Remain rooted in the vine Take responsibility for your own growth in faith Consider using your hospitality gifts for people new to the church and on the edge of the St Stephen's family This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.
