9 Practice Activity Complete the graphic organizer for the business letter together as a class. Call on students to help fill in each section. This activity is for fifth grade.

10 Assessment Activity Each student will complete an individual graphic organizer to plan for writing the business letter. Please remember to use only words or short phrases! This activity is for fifth grade.

11 Topic Your class is planning a field trip to Wild Adventures. Write a business letter to Wild Adventures requesting information on this theme park.

17 Practice Activity The students and I will draft a business letter as a class using the business letter graphic organizer. The students and I will revise our draft of the business letter. This activity is for fifth grade.

18 Assessment Activity Each student will complete an individual draft of the business letter using the graphic organizer. Students will use information from the prewriting graphic organizer to help. Each student will revise his/her draft of the business letter. This activity is for fifth grade.
