UTFSM and REUNA are kindly contributing with the venues for the Conference and the Tutorial respectively; both institutions plus CLARA are contributing with manpower, and CLARA plus UDEC (hopefully) will also contribute with some money for some of the expenses.

REUNA is working to get some sponsors for the EELA Conference and Tutorial, mostly thinking of the renting of PCs (for the Tutorial) and of an Official Cocktail or Dinner. So, not already covered items that we need to take care of: –PCs (rent): € 3.252 –Official cocktail or dinner: € 6.000 – Tutorial coffee breaks and lunches: € 1.170  TOTAL:€ 10.422
