2. How Congress is Organized. Congress is a Bicameral- a 2 house legislature. Senate- The upper house. House of Representatives is called the lower House.

29. Members of Congress get Immunity. Immunity - legal protection in certain situations. Members may not be arrestee while doing their job. If they get a speeding ticket they don’t have to pay it.

30. Immunity It allows members of Congress to say and do what they want without the fear of being sued.

31. Franking Privilege Sending Job related mail free of charge.

32. Expulsion A member of Congress who acts dishonestly may be forced to leave Congress. Expulsion requires a 2/3 in either house.

33. Expulsion- means your are kicked out of Congress.

34. Censure- formal disapproval of a member of Congress. Congress chews out a member for messing up.
