2 Background Emotional & Mental Health = Children & Young Peoples Partnership Board priority Cymorth funding allocated Prioritisation exercise carried out regarding allocation of funding to the 3 Cymorth funded projects –Pyramid –Cardiff Against Bullying Project –Bounce Back C&YP E&MH action plan developed Welsh Assembly Government Strategy Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services: Everybody’s Business (2001) National Service Framework for Children, Young People and Maternity Services in Wales (2006) It will be adapted in line with the impending Welsh Assembly Government Mental Health Promotion Action Plan for Wales and the Suicide Prevention Action Plan
