4 a)To become citizens, an alien must be able to: read, write, speak English, and support them self (job), & be free from diseases and a criminal record. b)An alien interviews to become a citizen and is tests in U.S. History & Government. c)Finally, aliens must pass a background check. —Naturalized citizens cannot become President
