8 Haiku What sensory image do you want to appeal to?
Sight? Sound? Taste? Touch? Smell? Write a sentence appealing to ONE of those sensory images. Edit and/or revise the sentence to make sure you are hinting to a season and appealing to sensory images. Rewrite your sentence.

9 Haiku Change any words that don’t fit in syllables or imagery.
Write your sentence in three lines as a haiku. Count your syllables to make sure they equal four, nine, and five. Revise the poem once more for syllables and appeal to sensory images. What mood did you create?
