Students make photos for Blog 10.00 – Visit to the Tower of Laboral (best view of Gijón). What to see from the Tower Guide 11.00 – Bus from Laboral to Llagar Trabanco (a Llagar is a sidra brewery, sidra is the typical alcoholic drink of Asturias). 11.30 – Visit to Llagar Trabanco. Degustation 12.30 – Bus from Trabanco to Gijón TownHall 13.00 – Guided Tour of Gijón (old town) 14.00 – Walking from center to the school 14.30 – Lunch at School 16.00 – Activity 1: Comenius Survival Kit 19.00 – Bus to Albergue My City My Europe Our Future

Wednesday 7th May 09.00 – Bus Albergue to Oviedo (Asturias region capital city) 09.45 – Guided Tour: Medieval Oviedo 11.30 – Free time in Oviedo 12.30 – Gymkana in Oviedo (Students in Comenius Groups). 13.45 – Bus back to Gijón 14.30 – Lunch at School 16.00 – Activity 2: Survey and Solidarity Activity 18.30 – Closing of the congress – Brief words from each Headmaster. Headmasters speak in their own language but with a ppt with words in english so all understand. 10’ aprox about structure of educational system, organization of school, school projects 19.00 – Bus to Albergue My City My Europe Our Future

10. Thursday 8th May 09.00 – Bus Albergue to School 09.30 – In Comenius groups students prepare presentations of their school, country, city and mother language. They can use the Comenius Kit from Activity 1. 11.00 – Comenius groups show their presentations to classes from grades 1 and 2 (6-8 years old) and receive a small gift from the class 11.30 – Comenius groups show their presentations to classes from grades 3 to 6 (8-11 years old) and receive a small gift from the class 12.00 – Free time in Gijón 14.30 – Lunch at School 15.00 – Bus from School to Ecomuseo 16.00 – Visit to Ecomuseo 18.00 – Bus to Albergue My City My Europe Our Future
