4 MEPHI’s Accelerating Center Linear Electron Accelerator U-28 The main parameters of electron linear accelerator U-28: Particle energy - 2-12 MeV. Max.beam current – 300μA. Energy spectrum width~30 %. Accelerating sections – 2. Accelerating field wave length – 10 sm. Dose rate (at I~10 11 e/cm 2.s) – 3x10 3 rad/s. Dose rate at γ-conversion (1m) – 10 rad/s.

5 Linear Electron Accelerator U-17 The main parameters of electron linear accelerator U-17: Particle energy - 5-30 MeV Max.beam current – 300μA. Energy spectrum width - 3-20 %. Number of accelerating sections – 1. Accelerating field wave length – 10 sm.

6 Ion Accelerator with Single-Gap Cavities The main parameters of the single-gap cavities ion accelerator. Particle energy – 300 keV Maximum beam current (pulse) – 150 mA. Energy spectrum – 15%. Pulse length – 0.1 ms Repetition rate – 1 Hz

7 TOTAL FASILITIES for FEE Rad Hard Tests Reasonable total γ – radiation doze – 10Mrad (E~ 1MeV); Max. neutrons flux – 3x10 9 n/cm 2 s (E ~ 1,5MeV); Max. electrons flux ~ 10 11 e/cm 2 s (E ~ 10MeV); Ions particle energy – 300 keV (B, O, N ….)
