Annex 10 requirement
The reconciliation procedure is used for:
Confirmation, correction or completion of the SafeTIR information
A request for reconciliation is generated after:
Claim or suspicion of fraud and irregularities in the use of a TIR Carnet
SafeTIR data is not accepted by IRU database
Discrepancy between the counterfoil and the SafeTIR data
Lack of any SafeTIR data
