2 Country Profile Lying in the northern part of the Central Asian plateau with total area of 1.566.500 square km and 2.5 million population, 40 per cent of the population is children of 0- 18 age. 8 Decision making process for determining eligibility for Child Money Program Governors of Bagh or Horoo receive and certify application documentations, and pass on to their respective social worker.
