Dough: 90 g plain flour, 90 g sugar, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons cocoa, white chocolate, salt dale: raspberry pudding, 400 ml milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, frozen or fresh fruit (raspberries, red and black currant), raspberry jam

To prepare the dough Whisk eggs and sugar, adding the flour, cocoa and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth testa white chocolate chunks and put pect in the oven at 250 degrees for 5-7 minutes (test skewers). Meanwhile, prepare the pudding of milk, raspberry custard powder and sugar. When the custard thickens, carefully fold in the fruit and you would leave while. Corpus of exertion raspberry jam, add pudding and let cool for an hour in the fridge.
